General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts concluded via our online shop (www.naturaltea.at) between Natural Tea (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”) and our customers (hereinafter “Customer”, “you”).

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer. By submitting an order, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the items contained in the shopping cart. We confirm the receipt of the order with an automated email, which does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. The contract is only concluded when we accept the order through a shipping confirmation or the delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
All specified prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs are added in addition if they are not included in the price. Payment is made either by PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc. We reserve the right to change or expand the payment methods at any time.

5. Delivery
We ship the goods to the delivery address provided by the Customer. Delivery usually takes place within [2-3] business days after receipt of payment, unless a different period has been agreed upon in an individual case. We are not liable for delivery delays that are outside of our control (e.g., due to delivery problems by third parties).

6. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the Customer or a third party named by them took possession of the last goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform us in writing. Further details on the right of withdrawal can be found in our withdrawal policy.

7. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects in the delivered goods, customers have the right to subsequent performance (replacement delivery). If this is not possible, the customer can withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price. Any further liability, in particular for consequential damages, is excluded, as far as legally permissible.

8. Data Protection
The protection of your personal data is important to us. All information on the collection, processing, and use of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Austria applies, excluding the international sales law. Should a provision of these GTC be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is -, provided that the Customer is a merchant.
