Shipping Terms

1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process and vary depending on the delivery address, shipping method, and order value. Additional fees may apply for deliveries to certain countries or regions.

2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1 business day

The exact shipping methods and costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

3. Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and the destination country. Generally, the delivery time for orders within Austria is 1-2 business days. For international orders, delivery may take longer depending on the destination country and shipping method.
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, such as high order volumes or delays by the shipping service provider. We do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

4. Shipping Areas
We ship within Austria and internationally. The delivery areas can be adjusted on our website (www.naturaltea.at) at any time. Orders to regions or countries where we do not currently ship will not be processed.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, which includes a tracking link so you can track the status of your delivery. Please note that in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

6. Shipping Insurance
No additional insurance is required for shipping within Austria. For international deliveries, we offer optional shipping insurance, which you can add during checkout.

7. Customs Fees and Taxes
For international orders, additional customs fees and taxes may apply, which are to be borne by the customer. These fees are not included in the product prices or shipping costs and vary depending on the destination country. We recommend that you check with the relevant customs authorities in advance for possible fees.

8. Delivery Delays
We always strive to deliver your order quickly and reliably. However, in the event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or strikes, we assume no liability for any delays that are beyond our control.

9. Undeliverable Packages
If the package cannot be delivered (e.g., due to a wrong or incomplete address), we reserve the right to return the package or cancel the order. In this case, the costs for re-shipping or a refund after deducting the incurred shipping fees will be charged.

10. Damaged Goods
If the goods arrive damaged upon delivery, I ask you to contact me immediately upon receipt of the goods. I will then investigate the case and offer a replacement delivery or a refund if necessary.
