The Blue Magic of the Ida Mountains: Wild Lavender Tea
This unique lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), gathered from sun-kissed slopes, is one of nature’s rarest gifts. This special plant, growing on the fertile lands of the Ida Mountains—the pearl of the Aegean—and Balıkesir, brings the pure energy and tranquility of the mountains to your cup.
Why Our Blue Lavender?
- Unique Origin: Our blue lavender flowers grow completely wild on the slopes of the Ida Mountains and in the province of Balıkesir, at an altitude of 300-400 meters.
- Wild and Pure Harvest: The flowers are carefully collected in an untouched ecosystem between April and May, during the period when they are most vibrant and bright.
- Traditional Use: This beverage, known locally as “Blue Tea,” has been traditionally valued for supporting the body and enhancing overall wellness.

Purity Guarantee: A Meticulously Controlled Harvest
To ensure we offer you the purest product, the harvesting process is conducted under strict controls. Before the harvest begins, official authorities inspect the collection area according to the following criteria:
- No agricultural land nearby.
- No pesticide spraying from the air or ground.
- The area must not have experienced a fire in the last three years.
- It must be a protected ecosystem.
Additionally, organic certification bodies take samples from the flowers to conduct residue testing. The harvest only begins after all these checks have been successfully passed.
